We were moving to Cape Cod from Pennsylvania and wanted the wood floors refinished in the newly-purchased house before we moved in. As pre-arranged, we called New Floors Inc as we were walking out of the real estate closing so their team could begin immediately. Our furniture would be arriving five days later, so we could not waste any time. The weather was not working in our favor because of higher than usual humidity, therefore the floors were not drying enough for the third coat of polyurethane to be applied. The president of the company worked on a Sunday to get the third coat applied so our furniture could be delivered on Tuesday. The floors dried in time for our furniture to be delivered, and New Floors Inc even returned to repair a big scratch the movers had made at no cost to us. We could not have asked for better service, and the floors are gorgeous!
